  • Daytime temperatures on the North Island range from approximately 14°C to 18°C, while the South Island is cooler, at around 8°C to 13°C. Nights in mountainous areas are often cold, with possible frost.

  • There are many shopping options throughout New Zealand. Most major suburban areas have shopping streets and shopping centres.
  • Prices in New Zealand are generally fixed, so bargaining is unnecessary. Most items have price tags.
  • Local people are polite and friendly, and daily life is peaceful and quiet. Streets may become quiet by 18:00 or 19:00. Shops in remote areas are generally open only until Friday, while those in major cities are open every day of the week. Guests should keep this in mind when shopping outside central areas.
  • Guests should exchange money for New Zealand dollars for convenient spending. Currency exchange is readily available at exchange centres; however, Vietnamese dong is generally not accepted. Therefore, guests should bring US dollars for currency exchange.

  • The symbols $ or NZ$ are used to distinguish it from the currencies of other countries. It is also commonly referred to as the kiwi or kiwi dollar, as the one-dollar coin features a kiwi bird. The New Zealand dollar is the 12th most traded currency in the foreign exchange market.

WHEN TRAVELLING ABROAD

  • Public toilets: Generally free of charge.
  • Mobile phone use: Guests who wish to use their personal mobile phones should activate international roaming with their service provider before departure.
  • Punctuality: Guests must strictly follow the schedule announced by the tour leader. If separated from the group, take a taxi back to the hotel using the address on the hotel business card provided on the first day.

BAGGAGE REGULATIONS

NEW ZEALAND AIRLINE AND CUSTOMS REGULATIONS

Guests carrying no more than USD 5,000 into New Zealand are not required to declare it.
Retain all documents used for declarations at the airports of both countries.
Airport procedures involve a baggage declaration form, customs declaration form, airport tax, airline ticket, and baggage claim tag.
Electronic goods brought back to Vietnam may be subject to import duties ranging from 50% to 70%, plus 10% VAT.
Travellers aged 18 or older may bring the following goods into New Zealand duty-free:
+ 50 cigarettes, 50 cigars, or 250 grams of loose tobacco.
+ 4.5 litres of wine or beer.
+ 3 bottles of spirits, each not exceeding 1.125 litres.
During the flight to New Zealand, the cabin crew will provide guests with a Passenger Arrival Card.

Answer all questions truthfully. Incorrect declarations may result in heavy fines, and goods may be confiscated.
New Zealand Customs has very strict regulations regarding food brought into the country. All food products must be declared upon arrival in New Zealand.
Do not bring any products containing meat, such as beef, chicken, or pork, or products containing eggs or milk. Examples include pork floss, instant coffee with milk, cakes containing eggs or milk, and instant noodles containing beef, pork, or chicken. Cereals, fruit, wooden and sedge products, animal fur, and products made from animal hair, skin, or bones are also restricted.
New Zealand is home to people from many different cultures and has numerous Asian supermarkets. Most foods available in your home country can also be found at shops specialising in international food products throughout New Zealand.

- Chi phí dời ngày, đổi chặng, nâng hạng vé máy bay. Trường hợp Quý khách không sử dụng chặng đi của vé đoàn theo tour, các chặng nội địa và quốc tế còn lại sẽ bị hủy hoặc không sử dụng chặng về cũng không được hoàn do điều kiện của hãng Hàng Không.
- Tiền bồi dưỡng cho hướng dẫn viên và tài xế địa phương 200.000 VNĐ/ khách/ ngày x 8 ngày (tương đương 7EUR/khách/ngày)
- Các chi phí không liệt kê trong phần Bao Gồm.
